Access

Limitless provides digital account, storefront, invoice, and delivery services. By using the portal, you agree to use it only through approved account paths and only where you are responsible for complying with local law.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for your username, password, verified billing email, and any activity tied to your account.
  • You must provide accurate checkout and account information when the portal requests it.
  • Limitless may suspend or close access if account activity, payment activity, or runtime behavior appears abusive or fraudulent.

Orders And Delivery

  • Digital orders are tied to published runtime availability and the live checkout state shown in the storefront.
  • An invoice, payment detection, or confirmation does not override runtime restrictions, delivery rules, or account requirements.
  • Access, renewals, downloads, and key activation remain connected to the same customer account path inside the portal.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not interfere with invoices, gateway flows, account recovery, authentication, or delivery systems.
  • Do not attempt to bypass account, runtime, payment, or download restrictions.
  • Do not use the service in a way that disrupts other customers, the platform, or third-party providers connected to the platform.

Service Changes

Limitless may update pricing, product availability, supported currencies, runtime state, account requirements, or portal behavior at any time. Continued use of the portal after those changes means you accept the updated service state.

Data And Privacy

Data We Process

  • Account data such as username, password hash, verified billing email, and account status.
  • Storefront and order data such as selected release, invoice amount, invoice state, currency, payment reference, and delivery result.
  • Security and runtime data such as IP information, login attempts, loader version, and device or access state required to operate the service.

How Data Is Used

  • To authenticate accounts and protect account recovery and checkout flows.
  • To create, monitor, and complete invoices, deliveries, renewals, and account access updates.
  • To investigate fraud, abuse, failed delivery, payment mismatches, or runtime errors.

Payment And Invoice Records

Limitless stores invoice identifiers, selected currency, payment status, transaction references, and related delivery metadata required to complete and audit digital orders. Those records are also used for order history inside the Account Center.

Sharing

Data is shared only where needed to operate the service, including payment processors, blockchain invoice monitoring, email delivery, and infrastructure used to complete account or order events.

Retention And Security

Limitless retains account, invoice, audit, and support-related records for operational, fraud-prevention, and delivery purposes. Access is restricted to systems and administrators required to run the platform.
