CS2 DMA setup and ESP

Load CS2 DMA and check the overlay in a practice match.

CS2 runs on the gaming PC. The DMA loader and cheat run on your second PC. Complete DMA setup before troubleshooting game settings.

Load CS2 DMA#

1. Check Counter-Strike 2 on Status.
2. Open CS2 and wait at the main menu.
3. Select CS2 in the DMA loader and load once.
4. Enter a practice match and wait for the map to load.
5. Open the cheat menu and check that ESP follows players correctly.

Set up the overlay#

Start with the enemy information you need, then check teammates and other categories separately. Turn off extra labels if the overlay is hard to read.

Check it at your game resolution. If ESP is empty, confirm the map has loaded and check team, visibility, and distance filters before changing the whole config.

Keep CS2 settings separate#

Use CS2's own controls. Rust and Apex JSON files are not CS2 configs, and placing one next to the loader does not convert it. Read Configs and Fortify blueprints before moving files.

If something stops working#

After a game update, check Status. Use DMA connection fixes for card or read failures. For an overlay problem, send the CS2 and loader versions, exact error, and cropped screenshot through support.
