Link Discord and get your roles

Connect the right Discord account and check membership and product-role sync.

This links Discord to your Limitless account for server access and product roles. It is separate from the Discord overlay used by the External loader.

Link the right account#

1. Sign in to Account and open Discord.
2. Select Link Discord.
3. Check the Discord account on the authorization page. Switch accounts there if needed.
4. Authorize the link and return to Limitless.
5. Check the linked name, server membership, and sync message.

What the status means#

• Not Linked: start with Link Discord.
• Linked: the identity is connected; membership is checked separately.
• Linked + Present: that account is also in the Limitless server.
• Not in server: use the account's support information to resolve access.
• Sync issue: keep the error and last recorded sync time.

Product roles sync automatically. Linked status alone does not confirm every expected role.

A role is missing#

1. Check Licenses on the same Limitless account.
2. Confirm Discord uses the identity shown in the account page.
3. Refresh and read the membership and sync messages.
4. If it still fails, send the product and those messages to support.

Change the linked Discord#

Use Unlink Discord, then link the correct identity. Do this to change accounts, not repeatedly as a fix for a sync error.
