Request a HWID reset

Changed hardware? Submit one request and check the staff response in your account.

If the loader reports a HWID mismatch after a hardware change, request a reset from your account. Sending the form does not approve it automatically.

Check the machine on record#

  1. Sign in to your account and open Hardware Reset.
  2. Check Last Approved Machine.
  3. Note what changed: motherboard, CPU, drive, another PC, or a Windows reinstall.

If a detail was not recorded, leave it unknown rather than guessing.

Send the request#

  1. Under Apply For Reset, explain why you need the reset. A reason is required.
  2. Fill in What changed on the new machine? with the actual changed parts.
  3. Add the new OS, CPU, GPU, and RAM if useful. These fields are optional.
  4. Add the exact loader error and other relevant details in the notes.
  5. Select Submit Reset Request once.

Check the result#

Only one request can be pending. Use Refresh and Request History instead of submitting duplicates.

Read the status and staff note. Review and reset-applied times appear when recorded. Keep additional details in the same support conversation.

The form will not submit#

Check that you are signed in, the reason is filled in, and no request is pending. Save any other error for support.

This resets Limitless account access. It does not remove a game ban or rewrite hardware identifiers. Do not post your key or recovery codes.
